Very disappointed. They told us we needed a new battery for 435.00. I asked the parts dept. what a new battery costs, they said 320.00. We stopped at another service facility who tested the existing battery and they said it was a little low but did not need to be replaced. We have no plans to return in the future. Also we had to return to the dealership to have the "maintenance required" light reset. More

Previous to this visit after four phone calls to service without a return call I had to contact the manager for an appointment for recall work on my car. I was extremely satisfied working with Sylvester Jennings. He was very helpful and I could see he knew his responsibilities very well. He was pleasant and patient with me. He nicely explained extra work I should be doing but, did not pressure me. I could not walk to the Enterprise Rental due to an injury. He was kind enough take me there in the golf cart.
