It took 2 and one half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That is too long for these services. I said I had to be done in 2 and one half hours and was told that that was not enough time to look at rotation. That is too long for these services. I came in for an oil change on my 2015 Lexus RX350. I was expecting it to take a couple of hours because there were a few people there but I also had an appointment. When I was informed by one of the service expecting it to take a couple of hours because there were a few people there but I also had an appointment. When I was informed by one of the service members that it could take 4 to 5 hours, I was in disbelief! I asked my personal service provider about the time it could take and she confirmed that time frame and apologized for the inconvenience. It took almost 5 complete hours and my appointment was at 10:45 am. They are shorthanded and the call center that schedules appointments should be made aware of this situation so that they give those mechanics ample time for each job and not schedule too many cars on any given day. Also, do away with walk ins for the time being. Sorry not sorry. More
Made an appointment on Autonation Website. They sent me reminders and the option to cancel if needed. Appointment was on time, the person who took my car listened to everything I said (car was for schedule reminders and the option to cancel if needed. Appointment was on time, the person who took my car listened to everything I said (car was for scheduled warrranty service and since it’s a Toyota it had nothing wrong, just tire rotation and scheduled inspection). Lobby was nice, coffee, TV with news, nice A/C. Car was done like in 1.5 hours . I have nothing to complain. In the other 2 visits : same good service . Thanks !. More

Well I like my car but when I bought it the sales agent told me that the car was service and it was not. My wife took my care too get a oil change and asked the service manager for the print out and she sa told me that the car was service and it was not.
