I was having difficulty contacting service via phone, so I called my salesman Wesley Cattanach and he went to a service rep Shelley Krogmann who was awesome. I though my truck needed towed, so Shelley sent I called my salesman Wesley Cattanach and he went to a service rep Shelley Krogmann who was awesome. I though my truck needed towed, so Shelley sent a flat bed to tow my Tundra, after the tow truck driver put his charger on my battery, to my surprise my Tundra started. I drove my truck to AutoNation Toyota and Shelly tool care of my problems the same day!! The mechanic installed a lifetime guaranteed battery and I was on my way home. Excellent service like I used to get at the small dealerships. More

I have been taking my Toyota to Orlando for years. He is the best and answers questions and takes his time with you. I was there yesterday and just observing what goes on you can see he helps the most He is the best and answers questions and takes his time with you.
