Even though you have an appointment you still have to wait for hours before your car is ready. And car wash is working but no complimentary car wash. When asked advisor said car wash is broken. Having made an appointment and bringing the email confirmation with me, I was surprised to find my appointment was not on the list. The confirmation got me in the queue an hour later and when I noted confirmation with me, I was surprised to find my appointment was not on the list. The service to my truck was good. I showed up on time a young lady asked if had an appointment and I said yes. That was all that anybody said to me. An hour and a half later I was looking to see what was going on and finally, I found somebody and they said that my car should be done. Fifteen mins later some said my truck was done and they have to wait for paperwork. In the meantime, my truck was sitting outside in front of me. We like the people working in that company but we didn’t like having to wait 4 and 1/2 hours just for an oil change. When we drove home we were very displeased with the time we wasted just sitting in your like having to wait 4 and 1/2 hours just for an oil change.
