Waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change. My service advisor assured me that they were running behind. Only to find out by some very nice gentlemen, John & Tim, that my service ticket was los My service advisor assured me that they were running behind. Only to find out by some very nice gentlemen, John & Tim, that my service ticket was lost and that is what happened. I'm guessing that they didn't know what to do with my car, assuming it just sat there! John & Tim were very apologetic and gave me some free windshield wiper blades (which just so happen that I needed them). As far as the service advisor... for her not to own up to the mistake upsets me. I will no longer be going to Auto Nation for an oil change or for any other car-related issues. More

Just FYI, I would have never gotten you rate me email you sent if I wasn’t real customer with a real email account. Think about that for a second. You would never known I had service at the Toyota dealer unl sent if I wasn’t real customer with a real email account. Think about that for a second. You would never known I had service at the Toyota dealer unless I was actually there. Even you email verification site is a rip off just like the Toyota dealer. I already verified and gave you my email and now you want a password so I can have an account on your site! Fraud. . So go xxxx yourself. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Careless work, forgetfulness, and repeat issues meaning re-work on the same problems , and being charged for it. 3 of your four mechanics don’t have a clue and should find another line of work. I’m thinking of taking my service needs elsewhere. More
