Made 3:15pm appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 3:00pm. Left at 7:09pm. Attendant said they were “overbooked”. Pure mismanagement to allow that practice to continue. Had 12:15 Appt for new windshield wipers--after giving my key and papers to attendent, I was told to wait inside--after one hour without any word , I asked someone to check out my problem -my lady came out t key and papers to attendent, I was told to wait inside--after one hour without any word , I asked someone to check out my problem -my lady came out to talk and said they hadn't started yet ---I then went to the Gen Mgr (John) who went to the service people and about 15 minutes later my car was ready--no explanation of the delay More
