I brought my car in to get checked because I had a noise concern. They said the issue was I ran over something on the road that got all over and it got between my brakes and tire. My customer service was excellent. He was courteous and very helpful. HOWEVER, my use of the navigation/phone use/information/etc., on the screen in the car still does not work. I can get phone use but there is a lot of other items on that screen that do not work...asking me to add another car, asking if I want to update and then not working/connecting correctly. I need the total set-up on the navigation/screen/upload/update, etc., of the screen and the entire Toyota system. More
