I went in for a routine tire rotation and was informed of a recall that needed to be done. I was told that would take about another hour so I said ok let's get it done. 3 hrs later I was called to Shelly's d a recall that needed to be done. I was told that would take about another hour so I said ok let's get it done. 3 hrs later I was called to Shelly's desk as my car was ready. I was irritated that it took so long for the service and informed her of such to which she replied " I said the recall service would take an hour not the whole visit. I replied "so I guess it takes 2 hrs to rotate tires and change wiper blades" (I added the wiper blades to my visit). She replied "I've known an oil change to take 3 hrs". You can imagine that I am certainly NOT looking forward to an oil change that will be due this summer! After my service contract is complete I will NOT be returning to the dealer for service. My time is valuable as is everyone else's. Shelly could have at least kept me informed as to why it was taking so long. But not 1 word for 3 hrs! Was I invisible? More

Our service advisor we're outstanding. Friendly knowledgeable helpful. Call me in and out of my appointment and a timely manner. Incomplete contrast to my last visit there.
