The woman who was supposed to be handling my case did not do so promptly. She left me waiting 2hours and 45 minutes. My car was finished and setting on the lot. After making sure it was my car, she never showed up to take care of me. Thankfully the woman in the office next to hers took care of me and I finally was able to leave. I don’t live in Florida so I will get my car work done at home. I will never willingly go back to Autonation for service. More

My representative was very nice, excellent customer service. I purchase a used Ford and on the way home engine light goes on. I've least Toyota vehicles in the past & have had excellent customer serv service. I purchase a used Ford and on the way home engine light goes on. But I'm retired now and decided to buy used vehicle from Toyota, the back hatch didn't close properly the salesman did know because he pushed on it to close it, I get home next day go to the grocery store and find out it wasn't fixed, I called the manger to tell him & have not received a call back. Came in to get the oil changed, Service representative said that the regular oil change is only up to 5 quarts of oil at 79.95$. Had no problem with that- he then proceeded to tell me that the 2021 Toyota said that the regular oil change is only up to 5 quarts of oil at 79.95$. Had no problem with that- he then proceeded to tell me that the 2021 Toyota Sequoia takes almost 8 quarts of oil and he had to charge me 120$ for the extra oil they had to put in. Our family has bought 3 vehicles from Auto Nation Toyota and after the past couple of experiences- we will not be going back. More
