Made 3:15pm appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 3:00pm. Left at 7:09pm. Attendant said they were “overbooked”. Pure mismanagement to allow that practice to continue. Had 12:15 Appt for new windshield wipers--after giving my key and papers to attendent, I was told to wait inside--after one hour without any word , I asked someone to check out my problem -my lady came out t key and papers to attendent, I was told to wait inside--after one hour without any word , I asked someone to check out my problem -my lady came out to talk and said they hadn't started yet ---I then went to the Gen Mgr (John) who went to the service people and about 15 minutes later my car was ready--no explanation of the delay More

I had a 7:30 appointment to replace a cup holder. I noticed my car pulling into a parking spot inside the service fence at 8:50. I inquired if my car was done? "No, that is the service area and it wi I noticed my car pulling into a parking spot inside the service fence at 8:50. I inquired if my car was done? "No, that is the service area and it will be going in shortly." After 5 minutes I asked the service rep to find out what was taking so long. He assured me I was next. I spoke with the service mgr. and received many apologies and excuses. Once the car was taken in I was driving out 20 minutes later. 2nd time it took this long. More
