Car returned with oil/ grease marks all over it. Paper and plastic left in the car as I was pointed in the direction of where my car was only to find that I had to go back to get my key. Then asked for a cloth to wipe the oil/grease off, and was handed a paper towel as in, do it yourself. The advisor followed me back to see and his words confirmed my frustration “Wow, that’s bad, sorry”. Would never expect a car to be returned to me in that condition after service. First time there, more then likely the last time. More

this dealership used to do a complimentary car wash, not anymore. On the sales flyer that was sent to me stated a complimentary sanitation to my vehicle. Not done. I am not giving 5, because I had to wait maybe 10 minutes for a representative to take my car in even though I had an appointment. Everyone was pleasant and polite, comfortable enough waiting room, my first for a representative to take my car in even though I had an appointment. Everyone was pleasant and polite, comfortable enough waiting room, my first service (6 months) was done relatively quickly. Overall I was very happy! More
