I have been servicing my 2019 Avalon since purchasing there. When my service advisor told me that I needed an alignment I was skeptical since. Since the car only had 9800 miles on it and didn't pull or a there. When my service advisor told me that I needed an alignment I was skeptical since. Since the car only had 9800 miles on it and didn't pull or anything. Dennis my advisor showed me my alignment printout before and afterwards and how it was correct. Better yet when I drove it home, I called him to let him know my steering and suspension felt tighter and more responsive he was right the suspension does settle over time. More

Oil change & tire rotation went well. However, the mechanic did not reset the maintenance required symbol. I called the dealership & was told an adviser would call back, they did not. I f However, the mechanic did not reset the maintenance required symbol. I called the dealership & was told an adviser would call back, they did not. I found out how to reset the symbol on U Tube. Dealership needs to pay attention to detail. More

While my service person, Michelle, was wonderful and I would give 5 stars other persons in the drop off are provided no help at all. It was my first time at the dealership. I pulled up to the service area would give 5 stars other persons in the drop off are provided no help at all. It was my first time at the dealership. I pulled up to the service area at sat there surrounded by several other autos. Two dealership employees told be I needed to go inside which I did only to be told to go back to my car. After waiting awhile I went back inside and found Michelle. She said she would help me and immediately came out to help me. She was very professional and friendly. My thanks to her for saving the dealership first impression I had until that point. More
