They wouldn't tell me if a credit card payment went through until hours later, they failed to disclose to me damage to my car prior to it being picked up. I received numerous automated emails to which I replied and got a response of "sorry I'm out of the office on vacation" or confirming my scheduled appointment for maintenance (I live in NY, I'm not traveling to Florida for a service appointment) More

I have been servicing my 2019 Avalon since purchasing there. When my service advisor told me that I needed an alignment I was skeptical since. Since the car only had 9800 miles on it and didn't pull or a there. When my service advisor told me that I needed an alignment I was skeptical since. Since the car only had 9800 miles on it and didn't pull or anything. Dennis my advisor showed me my alignment printout before and afterwards and how it was correct. Better yet when I drove it home, I called him to let him know my steering and suspension felt tighter and more responsive he was right the suspension does settle over time. More
