Bringing my car in for routine maintenance was a delight. I was contacted ahead of time to confirm my appointment. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by one of the service technicians, who checked me I was contacted ahead of time to confirm my appointment. RAV4 I’m for a battery recall. I waited 4 hours before I was called that my car was ready. I have no idea how long my car sat in the lot but it was so hot I could hardly touch the I waited 4 hours before I was called that my car was ready.
