Made an appointment for an oil change, which took me 10days to get appoint scheduled. I was there over 4.5 hrs no one told me it would be all day. Other people with no appointments were in and out befor 10days to get appoint scheduled. I was there over 4.5 hrs no one told me it would be all day. Other people with no appointments were in and out before me, my appointment time was 1130. The place was full at 1pm when I finally begged for someone to let me sign paper so I could walk across the street for coffee. When they finally finished my oil change there were a very few people there, I guess all of those other people had appointments earlier than 1130?? I paid for extended service when I purchased my car. Not sure it was worth it! I understand there is a shortage of people in workforce, but the least that a company can do is keep the consumer informed and they need to change how they approach or don’t approach the customers. My very first appointment too! More
