Had a 7:25am appt for oil change, tire rotation and the lift gate is intermittently not closing with remote. At 9:45am went to service rep to find out what was taking so long. I had another appt at 10:30am lift gate is intermittently not closing with remote. At 9:45am went to service rep to find out what was taking so long. I had another appt at 10:30am that I had to leave Toyota by 10:15. At 10:15 service rep brought me my keys. I can’t understand how it took almost 3 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation and diagnose lift gate problem. Turns out when I got home went to use the lift gate and problem was never resolved. Not a happy camper here. Won’t be back. More
