Maintenance scheduling was Terrible. Had to wait 3 hours for an oil change! I had an appointment confirmed and still 3 hours! Call to make an appointment wait 20minutes never got through. Left message be and a call back number never heard back. Walked in at 3:30 for repair of a flat tire 1hr later hear that I'm missing an ai through. Left message be and a call back number never heard back. Walked in at 3:30 for repair of a flat tire 1hr later hear that I'm missing an air filter. How is that possible. Got car serviced 1 month ago Later told had a tail light BULB out. That cost me 31.00 to replace.... REALLY, that cost is outrageous!! Michelle, is the reason I give such a good rating....great customer service! More

I been there several times and experienced great customer friendly service. My last visit was hampered by a lack off staff however.
