Arrived @ 6:25 for a 7:00am oil change appointment which I personally had scheduled the previous week with one of their service reps at the dealership. My car (the third one that I've purchased from this I personally had scheduled the previous week with one of their service reps at the dealership. My car (the third one that I've purchased from this dealership) was first in line at the check in location. I had another another appointment scheduled this same morning at 8am in Ft. Myers. It was after 9 before I could leave the dealership. Guess you could say that I was MAD. Breezy, my service rep, was very understanding. She even comped the bill, saying that she would address this terrible service with the service manager. Thank you Breezy..... Shame on you service department..... S. Elliott More
