While waiting, a rep came to the waiting area to tell me that the car service would take a little longer. About 20 minutes. I appreciated that, although it was more like 45 minutes longer. Service advisor did not go over any details of the service, advise expected wait time or anything else other than to ask for my credit card. Certainly not up to the standard I have been accustomed to service, advise expected wait time or anything else other than to ask for my credit card. Everything was good. But no car wash was done on my vehicle. Another friend of mine goes to toyota dealer in Naples and they do oil changes and rotate tires in 45 minutes But no car wash was done on my vehicle. Another friend of mine goes to toyota dealer in Naples and they do oil changes and rotate tires in 45 minutes and wash their car. It would be excellent service if you can wash cars after service. My service took 1 hour and 20 minutes. Thankyou for reading my survey. Your staff was very nice. More
