The last two times I brought the car in I told them not to change the oil course they went ahead and did it anyway. Then they couldn’t find my car. When I bought the car they had me drive a different car a to change the oil course they went ahead and did it anyway. Then they couldn’t find my car. When I bought the car they had me drive a different car and I told them the things I wanted on the car and they said this car has it and so does the other one I bought the other one and of course it didn’t have either one of the features that I asked for he even told me when I mentioned that it didn’t have one of them that something else on the car was what I had asked for. He didn’t know what that thing on the windshield was it certainly was not automatic windshield wipers. I went back the next day because of the problems and I also didn’t get my Deposit taken off the price of the car I had to go back two more times before they finally realized I was right very very poor dealership More

While waiting, a rep came to the waiting area to tell me that the car service would take a little longer. About 20 minutes. I appreciated that, although it was more like 45 minutes longer. Service advisor did not go over any details of the service, advise expected wait time or anything else other than to ask for my credit card.
