Shelley was very fast in checking me in, did a great job, adjusted the final bill when there was a small error, and was very personable. Very pleased with the service. All work was done satisfactory. I had an appt at 2 pm and it took 3 hours for a tire. But I’m satisfied with the work done. Everybody was very nice and they were very busy! went cause van was steering left , diagnostic wheel alignment paid full price , took almost 5 hour waiting without appt, steering still steering to left as me to come back again for have a look, diagno alignment paid full price , took almost 5 hour waiting without appt, steering still steering to left as me to come back again for have a look, diagnostic bushes are bad need to replace in order to wheel to align, estimate cost $1400 , i ask will they refund the alignment money since it was wrong diagnose , refuse to refund money , bad customer service , what is the guarantee after paying for bushes if the problem didn't solve , they will definitely ask for more money for different cause, if there is any .BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALER, all in record with them, how can they expect good rating from me , total time spend there 9 hours , wasted More
