My agreement was at 5000 miles to come in for a complimentary oil change and tire rotation. I had a set appointment at 10:45 am. This was the worst service I have ever received at a dealership. My time is valuable and sitting for over 3 hours was a waste of my time. More

Despite all the challenges all types of businesses face, I feel AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers does an excellent job. My last visit I heard another customer berating several employees over the fact he had to wait 3 hours for his car to be serviced when he had an appointment. He drove "all the way from Estero" and he wasn't happy. Well, I drove a lot further than he did to get my car serviced (over an hour) and I could happily keep myself busy for the time it took to have the service performed by this dealership because I have confidence in Auto Nation Toyota Fort Myers.
