They wouldn't tell me if a credit card payment went through until hours later, they failed to disclose to me damage to my car prior to it being picked up. I received numerous automated emails to which I replied and got a response of "sorry I'm out of the office on vacation" or confirming my scheduled appointment for maintenance (I live in NY, I'm not traveling to Florida for a service appointment) More
$108 for only an oil change! !! Called Toyota dealer in the state of my other home, same oil change $65. Called AutoNation expressing concern requesting explanation and or refund !! Dale was amazing to work with. We thought we were going to have to order a car which would take up to 3 months. Oil change & tire rotation went well. However, the mechanic did not reset the maintenance required symbol. I called the dealership & was told an adviser would call back, they did not. I f However, the mechanic did not reset the maintenance required symbol. I called the dealership & was told an adviser would call back, they did not. I found out how to reset the symbol on U Tube. Dealership needs to pay attention to detail. More
