As a new Toyota owner, I have been impressed by the ease of setting up appointments for service and recalls. It is a bummer to have to wait four hours each time for service. Scheduling online and once I was with a Care Specialist excellent, things moved along fast and accurate. She reviewed previous visits and worked out service requirements. Even then, other cars wedged their way up different lanes and got ahead, not managed effectively and annoying.
