They are expensive, and routine service (oil change, tire rotation, and superficial "multi-point inspection") never takes less than 2-3 hours (even with an appointment). This time they failed to apply the discount to my bill for a coupon I received in the mail. It took 6 phone calls, but I did finally speak to someone who was very gracious and promised that the discount would be credited to my credit card. More
