I had an excellent experience. I recently moved to FL and first time going to AutoNation. My service appt was a 9am and Nicolas came out right away and checked me in. My past dealership told me I would need brakes soon. After they inspected the brakes they said they were fine for now. After doing the Multi Point Inspection they pointed out that my battery needed to be replaced and replaced it no charge since I bought from Toyota and it was under warranty. I really appreciate their honesty. I will definitely be returning next time I need service. Nicolas was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend AutoNation. More
