After a wait of over 2 hours, the service representative admitted our paper work had been dropped to the bottom of the pile - "we are very busy" - Consequently, my daughter and I spent 3 hours in the waitin admitted our paper work had been dropped to the bottom of the pile - "we are very busy" - Consequently, my daughter and I spent 3 hours in the waiting room. I'm 94 years old and I lease my car and bring it for service twice a year. A 3 hour wait is unacceptable in my book. Hope I live till November and see what happens then!!! More
