I DID HAVE SVERAL GOOD VISITS TO THIS DEALERSHIP, HOWEVER THIS WAS NOT ONE OF MY BETTER ONES. WAITED 2 1/2 HOURS FOR OIL CHANG AND TIRE ROTATIONS AND THEN HAD TO ASK IF MY CAR WAS FINISHED YET AND I GOT THIS WAS NOT ONE OF MY BETTER ONES. I was not very happy with the service that I received the last two appointments. The first one I waited for two hours I specifically told the guy that I needed the work done in three hours! The last one, s last two appointments. The first one I waited for two hours I specifically told the guy that I needed the work done in three hours! The last one, same issues, the work was not completed. My appointment was at 10:45, got the car back after 2:00 pm for just oil change. Seriously!! More

made the appointment because of a check engine light came on and because the vehicle is due for a 36000 check. I received two confirming emails for my appointment to have the Check Engine Light and 36K maint on and because the vehicle is due for a 36000 check. I received two confirming emails for my appointment to have the Check Engine Light and 36K maintenance done. I brought the car in at the appointment time. I checked in and asked the cost and how long would it take. I was told $310.00 and two hours. I told her to go ahead with the work. I waited over three hours and when I went up to pay, I asked what was the code for the Check Engine light. She says What check engine light? .Said I never said anything about the Check Engine Light but yet is was written on the two email messages confirming my appointment and I communicated it when I checked in. They took my car back into the shop and I waited another hour and a half. When I got my car back, I was told there were no codes. I'm sure they were cleared during the 36K service. Then the bill came and it was $150 more than I was told. After spending 5 hours in the place, I paid and was looking forward to this survey. More
