Absolutely ridiculous. Having to wait 2 weeks for a new temporary license plate so I can drive the car LEGALLY. Was told theres a 30day grace period, the cop who pulled me over for an expired tag said that wasnt true anymore. I am told multiple times "we'll call you back by such and such time" only to wait longer and have to call to get answers. Last time I was told to call and speak with the general manager, only to be told 2 completely different stories. 1 receptionist said he was on vacation, the other said he had just left for the day... this was the same day I called.
