Everything about AutoNation has been but top notch, from the buying process to now service. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable and put no pressure on us for anything. Same was true for our first service appointment. It was easy to set the appointment and when we brought our Toyota Highlander Hybrid Platinum for it's 5,000 mile appointment, that also went smooth. They were very busy so it wasn't quick but they had comfortable sitting area with free coffee and other vending machines. I would never buy a new vehicle from any place but AutoNation. More
I was disappointed that the service team did not replace a tire air sensor (right front) like I requested. The customer service representative said that it was recommended that all 4 sensors be replaced. a tire air sensor (right front) like I requested. I knew which sensor had gone bad and now I have the annoying air pressure warning indicator light staying lit on my dash. I put a piece of tape over the light. I waited at the dealership 2+ hours while the vehicle was being serviced and I was never approached by the customer service representative about the service tech not wanting to or refusing to replace the air sensor device. I was not made aware of the issue until the moment I was checking out. I'm going to have to locate a mechanic who will perform the service requested. FYI, I'm a senior on a fixed income and can not afford to have all 4 sensors replaced at one time. More
