Bought a car that come to find out needed a few repairs prior to leaving the lot. Got different responses when I inquired about the car's history. Was never told it was involved in 2 car accidents, no car prior to leaving the lot. Got different responses when I inquired about the car's history. Took my Toyota Prius to your Dealership because I prefer it to be serviced at a Toyota place even I was a little concerned,because mi last time there was not my Best. Nevertheless decided to try it ,the personal who receive me and everyone was very nice even I didn't have a appointment. The reason to ask for service was it lit for just a second the abs and brake light and I requested a brake change ,and was told that before doing that it was needed a diagnostic that I agree ,after a reasonable time ,they came back with a Diagnostic that wheel bearing assy needed to be Replaced an the total was around $935.00 and i considered was not a reality because I Replaced that part 2 or three yrs ago for a bad diagnostic (I have knowledge how cars and parts works) ,so I End up paying for diagnostic . I have replaced the brake Pads and Rotors,checked wheel bearing Assy looks good and no lights again. This is not a complain but it look to me that diagnostic is not good and payed for just my visit and sitting at your place. Thanks for the attention to this note. More
Everything about AutoNation has been but top notch, from the buying process to now service. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable and put no pressure on us for anything. Same was true for our first service appointment. It was easy to set the appointment and when we brought our Toyota Highlander Hybrid Platinum for it's 5,000 mile appointment, that also went smooth. They were very busy so it wasn't quick but they had comfortable sitting area with free coffee and other vending machines. I would never buy a new vehicle from any place but AutoNation. More

I was disappointed that the service team did not replace a tire air sensor (right front) like I requested. The customer service representative said that it was recommended that all 4 sensors be replaced. a tire air sensor (right front) like I requested. I knew which sensor had gone bad and now I have the annoying air pressure warning indicator light staying lit on my dash. I put a piece of tape over the light. I waited at the dealership 2+ hours while the vehicle was being serviced and I was never approached by the customer service representative about the service tech not wanting to or refusing to replace the air sensor device. I was not made aware of the issue until the moment I was checking out. I'm going to have to locate a mechanic who will perform the service requested. FYI, I'm a senior on a fixed income and can not afford to have all 4 sensors replaced at one time. More
