As a new Toyota owner, I have been impressed by the ease of setting up appointments for service and recalls. It is a bummer to have to wait four hours each time for service. I just went thru the express lane for an oil change nothing else and I made an appointment for 10:00 and I didn’t get my car back for 2.5 hours. I did check on it after 1.5 hours and was told by the se nothing else and I made an appointment for 10:00 and I didn’t get my car back for 2.5 hours. I did check on it after 1.5 hours and was told by the service advisor that they don’t guarantee any certain time that it will be done except by the end of the business day. That is not very good customer service in my eyes to tell your customers something like that. First time there so I’m sure we will give it another chance and hopefully the customer service improves and also the length of time it took. What was the point of making an appointment? More
