Smart mouth service rep I was trying to explain to the service rep named Dan. That I've been trying to call down there for the last four days. And they kept putting me on thi I was trying to explain to the service rep named Dan. That I've been trying to call down there for the last four days. And they kept putting me on this auto answering which kept me at number 10 for 20 minutes then moved me to nine and then another 20 minutes. He told me he didn't know what I was talking about. Really sarcastic! So I asked him, if I took it somewhere else to get the 15,000 mile check up done. Would I still be in compliance with my warranty. And he said yes.
