I definitely apologize that you feel you had a bad experience and you were lied to because that was not intentional at all. As you know, your scratch was brought to our attention several days after purchase at which time we did look at it and noticed it was too deep to even attempt to buff out. At that point the Manager you spoke with a good will standpoint, offered to repair the scratch at no cost to you with one of our vendors, not the detailer and we did have it repaired for you.
