I was pleased with Autonation Hyundai 104! I had gone online through an email from AutoNation about a trade deal for my 2011 Sonata. Rob was very quick in responding with a quote, which I felt was less than adequate. Rob was persistent in attempting to contact me during a period I was unavailable. I then received a call from Samson who promptly scheduled an appointment on June 9, 2016. (I was not sure I was ready to purchase another vehicle that day!) In summation, Samson and Rob worked with me and provided me with a vehicle that met my personal requirements and at this early date, I find the vehicle has met my requirements, most importantly safety! Zafir was responsive to my requirements and provided me with necessary information for me to decide. Shawn was efficient and thorough in the finance department with addressing my personal needs. Ultimately, this was by far the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. I love the guys sense of humor and communication skills. I felt no pressure or deception!
