First of all, I went into their location right at Christmas of 2019 to buy the car that I have always wanted. They sell it to me with no issues. Then a couple of weeks go by and I try to reach out to Christmas of 2019 to buy the car that I have always wanted. They sell it to me with no issues. Then a couple of weeks go by and I try to reach out to the credit union who has my loan and set up auto payments. But to them I do not exist. There is no loan on my credit anywhere for this car. SO, I call the dealership AND email them repeatedly. Leave messages and everything. No response. I finally had to go in to find out what was going on. 2 months later.Oh We missed a couple of signatures. Here u go. Everything is fine now. But by this time I had already been expired by 10 days on my temp registration. I have to specifically ask for new registration because they were not going to give me a new temp tags. BUT WAIT, THERE IS MORE. I then go to their service department to get my oil changed and tires rotated. BUT they did not put the wheel lock key in the car when they sold it to me so they could not rotate the wheels. If I Theyhad a tire blow in the mean time, my car would be completely trashed because they would have to cut the tire off to replace it. then told me I can go to Volvo and buy new locks and have the old ones removed and they would reimburse me. Mind you they are across the street from each other. Then the person I was working with the whole time told me I could go across the street and get the receipt for the new wheel locks and extraction and they would deduct that cost from my oil change and tire rotation. Just in the amount of time for me to walk across the parking lot and the service advisor Bert told me he would need something from them to give him permission to do that. So I said call him. So he did and literally as long as it took me to cross the parking lot, he said oh no, we can't do that. We will cut you a check. So now I will be going across the street, getting more work don't just to come back and be reimbursed. ALSO AutoNation has a 4000 mile warranty on all used cars. The rear wheel sqeaks when I hit bumps so I asked them to look at it. Sure for 150$ we will do a visual inspection and tell u if it's covered. A visual inspection? Do u mean lift it up and put a flashlight on it? Yup. For 150$? Yup. Needless to say, I will not be returning to any AutoNation. And when people ask where I got my awesome car I will tell them somewhere else. More

Purchase was Ok, SERVICE DEPT IS THE WORST EVER!!! Had a minor issue with 2014 Fiat at purchase, service dept. was horrible then and I have taken my car all the to Airpark in North Scottsdale the coupl Had a minor issue with 2014 Fiat at purchase, service dept. was horrible then and I have taken my car all the to Airpark in North Scottsdale the couple times I've needed service, even though I live a quarter mile from Autonation. My transmission went totally out Oct 30th, while still under warranty. I let Chrysler Roadside assistance tow it to the nearest dealer, Autonation. BIG MISTAKE!!! They had it Monday, didn't say it was a total internal transmission failure until Thursday afternoon, kept says it was showing any codes. All the while I had no transportation. Finally let me have a rental Thursday evening saying they needed to "order" the replacement transmission, unbelievably it was SHIPPED and installed in less than a day, ready for pick-up Friday afternoon. When I picked it up, they had lost the tow hook cover for my bumper, and say that it was that way when they got it. I now have to order and pay to replace it or have a hole in my front bumper. Just terrible customer service. I will go the extra 20+ miles to Airpark, and NEVER use Autonation again. More
Incompetent and the worst dealersh I have ever experience Purchased car 10-05-15 10-08-15 Had low tire pressure light on and took back for hesitation when I would accelerate and it got stuck in 2nd gear, had Purchased car 10-05-15 10-08-15 Had low tire pressure light on and took back for hesitation when I would accelerate and it got stuck in 2nd gear, had to have it towed back. They said battery was dead. Said tires are fine. Had it 1 week. 10-26-15 Contacted FCA about problems, got an email and said take back to AutoNation 11-2-15 Wrote to Steve Rogers sales Manager of my concerns. Shifting and accelerating and hesitation and the tires keep getting low would not fix. Took too Discount tire and they said all tires are disintegrating on the edges on all original tires. 11-09-15 Back same problem, transmission shifting bad, jerking in and out of gear on acceleration. Had car 21 days and said no problem. 11-13-15 Called FCA about problems got no response. Got one email said take back to AutoNation 11-23-15 keeps hesitating on acceleration and the airbag warning light came on. 11-29-15 Wrote to Steve Rogers again. Decided that no one will do anything about fixing my car so I thought I would just drive it until it died. Car kept accelerating in a parking lot when I had the break on, almost smashed into a car and had to shut it off to stop. 1-15-16 Called FCA again and got an email again saying take back to AutoNation. 2-15-16 Finally had to take into AutoNation got so bad I didn’t feel safe with the airbag warning coming on. Had it for 14 days and nothing. 3-01-16 Called FCA again trying to get help on the car. I wasn’t feeling safe. Never hear back then I called they said take back to AutoNation 3-25-16 Found recall on my care and told AutoNation they did nothing. Called FCA 10 times in 8 months. Just decided no one was going to help fix car so I just drove it as little as possible. 9-23-16 ABS brakes locked up and almost smashed into the car in front of me. Took it back to AutoNation Fiat North Phoenix for the airbag and brakes. Service Adviser Maureen Working drove it around the lot and said if it does it again bring it in. Again worst service and Dealership. Don’t buy a Fiat or from AutoNation Fiat North Phoenix More
Stay away from AutoNation Fiat North Phoenix on Bell RD Bought a 2014 Fiat 500l from AutoNation north phoenix 8 months ago. I have been having transmission, shifting, clutch, tire pressure and airbag proble Bought a 2014 Fiat 500l from AutoNation north phoenix 8 months ago. I have been having transmission, shifting, clutch, tire pressure and airbag problems the day I took it home. I took it back to get it fixed. It has been in the shop at AutoNation Fiat North Phoenix 5 times now under warranty. All they have done is replace a battery and update software. The first 3 time they said I’m just not use to driving a duel clutch. It sits at AutoNation Fiat for weeks and weeks with no call or update until I call to say where is my car. When I picked up the car the last time on 8-1-16 for the 5th time the car was filthy, tires were low along with the low tire pressure warning on the dash. They left the windows open during the monsoon so it was covered with sand and dirt inside. This is how they returned my car to me. I personally think there was something dishonest going on with this car and the sale. 2014 car with 17,000 miles and this many problems, how can they not know. One thing is for sure that AutoNation Fiat North Phoenix on Bell does not value their customers. They are clueless on how to fix a Fiat 500L. Stay clear of them. I would not buy any car from AutoNation Fiat North Phoenix on Bell or have your car serviced there. I’m really not sold on AutoNation. I think they have too many dealerships and don’t care or have time to value their customers. More
Messed up paper work Traded my car in and took the equity in a check that was promised to be sent to the dealership in 3 to 5 business days for me to pick up. The financia Traded my car in and took the equity in a check that was promised to be sent to the dealership in 3 to 5 business days for me to pick up. The financial manager sent the over payment to ALLY financial who has a history of not making the overpayment. Now it's 31 days and still no check! The only thing between both companies is only excuse after excuse. I would of never allow Autonation to send this overpayment, should of asked me first. I beg you PLEASE don't allow this to happen to you. Don't do your car shopping there. More

I g So I purchased a new car on a sat at 4:30pm on 01/17/2015. I emailed Tuesday01/20/2015 morning which was within the 3 day or 72 window in my eyes. I got an email back from my car salesman Tom who told me that my 3 days was up. They proceeded to tell me that Sat counted as a whole day when I got the car at 4:30. I then asked to see the policy and no where does it say 3 calendar days on the document anywhere. The document will not stand up in court by any means. The bad thing was is all I possibly wanted to do was give it back and buy a more expensive car but the dealership screwed it up and started fighting with me stating that the 3 days was up and there was nothing they could do. I called the manager Steve and no answer. Still waiting for his phone call back to this time sensitive issue. Here comes the positive. Steve did call me back and made it right and traded my car for another fiat that I was happy with for a great price. At first it was a little rough but in the end they did what was right and quickly and I can not knock them for it. Overall good experience. Great process in buying and negotiating price and quick turn time for signing papers. Thanks Tom and Steve for helping out More
