If you want the "typical" used car salesman lies/excuses/horrible service PLEASE visit Fiat of North Phoenix and ask for Dave Peacock! My husband and I were purchasing a used vehicle for our lies/excuses/horrible service PLEASE visit Fiat of North Phoenix and ask for Dave Peacock! My husband and I were purchasing a used vehicle for our 16 year old daughter...with a 10k CASH budget...thought we'd get a great used car for that kind of money. We test drove a car that had a few issues but was assured by our trusted (yeah right) salesman Dave that he would do whatever it took to make the car right for us. It needed two new tires and and an alignment...long story very short...it took four days to get an alignment out of them!!! NO new tires...that were separated (per Discount tire)!!!! The car is now home and SAFE for our teenager to drive...but please, please, please go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. I'm saddened and disgusted that people can treat others in the manner that we were treated. More
We went in to this dealership to purchase a new car. First impression walking in was that it was going to be the smarmy stereotypical car salesman schtick, and we were correct. We knew right off the bat this probably wasn't going to be a good experience. First of all, they barely speak English. The stickers did not match their advertised prices and they couldn't even figure out where they came up with their fuzzy math. It was inflated well above advertised price. The dealer has also added on a ton of options which they expect you pay for such as $300 for etching the VIN on the windows. We already knew what we wanted to purchase, what the fair value was, what our trade in was worth based on tons of research. It was a pretty easy sell for them. They had 5 of the exact same car that we were interested in and we wanted to test drive the car with the lowest miles first. The salesman gave us the keys to one car and told us to meet him up front. We got in and nothing. The car wouldn't start. We walked up to the front and he took us to second car. The second car had deep scratches on it and we passed on that one. Got to the third car and same thing. Car wouldn't start. The salesman figured out that there was NO GAS! I guess they don't fill up the gas tank till they think they may have a buyer!!! Cheap! He said he would have someone gas up the cars we wanted to test drive, in the meantime we decided to deal with our trade-in. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting for them to come up with a number (they took pictures and started an auction to the highest bidder!), they came up with a major low ball number for our trade in. We left in disgust. This was one of the WORST dealerships I have ever been into and dealt with. I do not recommend anyone even steps foot in this place. There are other places that will gladly treat their potential customers right. More
By far the most awful experience ever had at a dealership. Lack of care and urgency around your customers. Typical "Car salesmen" attitude. My Fiance and I tried to walk out of this dealership knowing they could not work with us and the sales manager ensured he could find somthing for us. And the lack of confidence and knowledge in the new UNTRAINED employee was concerning. Since then we have seen more than 3 people about our sale, not to mention the poor finance lady is working 13+ hours a day and handling all the sales on her own, They cashed out checks for downpayments that were not supposed to be taken at the same time our rent and daycare checks went through and bounced them both.. and when I called to resolve it and recieved no follow up with the MANAGER of the store. He said to "just come in tomorrow and talk to molly." This would now be the FOURTH time we have had to come into the dealer with our two children and spend over an hour trying to figure this out. This company is scary, If it werent for be being on Military orders when the paperwork was processed I would have much rather took my money and business elsewhere.Thats another thing, While i was on leave (unable to use my phone as often and quite busy) they still would NOT contact my Fiance about ANYTHING (who is also on the loan). So I had to deal with all the garbage on the car while on duty. The vehicle was purchased over a month and a half ago and is still not processed in the system, nor has its plates. If it wasnt for Molly in the finance department, this store would have lost our sale when I came back home. She has been more than helpful with the whole process but is way to overloaded with all the sales mens xx all on her own. I recommend finding elsewhere to purchase your vehicle, someone who will invest in a personal relationship with the customer and see a person,not a money sign. I am extremely distgusted with this whole process and wish we would have never drove into the lot in the first place. I will never ever invest my hard earned money on a company that holds themselves with such a high level of disrespect for the customer. More
