I bought a 2013 Lexus from this dealership about a month ago now. I was super excited to have finally found the car with all the features I was looking for however the customer service here is unacceptable. The first lady that was working with us said I couldn't get the car AFTER I was already approved. We switched to work with someone else and was able to buy the vehicle. When we were looking at the car, I mentioned the tow eye cap didn't match the paint color. After the general manager Nick gave us a hard time, they finally agreed to get it repainted since it was under warranty. The car was also covered in over spray. Not exactly something you want when you're buying a Lexus.. We mentioned this to everyone there, they all felt the overspray on the car and told me to clean the car myself when this should of been done during the detailing process. When we (my husband and I) went back to get the tow eye cap repainted, they repainted it and still did not match. Trent was the sales rep that was working with us during this time. His excuse for the paint not matching correctly was "its a 2013". If their guys don't know how to match pearl white, they could of just said that instead of giving us such a hard time. We let the overspray go and now we are having to go somewhere else to fix the paint color when this should of been taken care of prior to selling the car. If you are looking for a car, I suggest you go find one elsewhere. it is definitely not worth the headache. Everyone here just wants their commission, they don't actually care about your experience. One guy here even said "we don't care about the reviews" hints why I am writing this now. More
Brought my Jeep in to complete routine maintenance. They had no access to my vehicle's history which has consistently been done at Jeep dealerships. (first time I ever encountered this). Service manager ga had no access to my vehicle's history which has consistently been done at Jeep dealerships. (first time I ever encountered this). Service manager gave me a verbal quote and had me sign it but never supplied me with the written copy. Having realized I had an appointment later, I tried to call to get a status and make arrangements regarding pickup. After 15 minutes of being looped back into the automated system, I was finally connected. When I had to call again, I went directly to the number on the business card and left a voicemail. No response to my voicemail. Service manager called the next day with an additional $1100 in needed repairs. Told him I could not afford it and asked what could be taken off. I told him I needed to keep the cost down and he said he would find some discounts. No followup communication from him. Received a text message from him saying he would get back to me with a proposal. Never heard back from him. Texted him that evening saying I was not authorizing the additional cost. Dug up my previous service from a different dealership which indicated the work he suggested had been done approximately 5k miles previously. It also had prices for the items to be addressed. Called the next day and went through the line item costs and verified the services previously suggested were being completed. Cost was approximately 150% more than quoted by the previous dealership. Agent indicated all of the work was completed and there were no discounts applied to the bill. Requested a call back from the service manager. No response. Called again at the end of the day and again got looped to the automated service. Called sales and told them my situation and they told me that service doesn't respond to them either so I shouldn't feel bad. Went in early the next morning and service manager told me he found a discount coupon online at their website. We had words, he denied texting me and told me they have an automated bot that sends out texts with his name on it. Hope this review helps you make a good decision for your vehicle. I'm going back to the other dealership because I want to upgrade my Jeep, but want a dealership with some integrity and honesty, who can communicate, be prompt and set clear expectations. More

We worked with Ivan and his two managers, Trevor and Starr. They were all top notch! All of them were masked up whenever they talked to us and they kept us well informed about what they were doing and how long things would take. They came back with an offer a few thousand dollars higher than the other dealerships we took it to. We didn't even have to negotiate on price with them. That alone is worth 5 stars right there.. If possible I'd give them 10 stars for their professionalism, and, generosity, general caring for our comfort. We accepted their offer and they cut us a check an hour later. Near the beginning of the process, Trevor told us that he'd have Ivan give us a ride home if the sale went through. I was floored as I've never been treated this well by any dealership. Ivan came out near the end and said that company policy prevented him from giving us a ride home, but that they were calling us an Uber. He said they were going to cover the cost. I can't think of a single thing they could improve on. More
Watch out, this dealer has double standard service if you use coupon for car service, your car will be serviced by a "non-master" technician with lower pay rate! I cannot guarantee if that technician if you use coupon for car service, your car will be serviced by a "non-master" technician with lower pay rate! I cannot guarantee if that technician knows the difference between gasoline or engine oil! Here was what happened to me: I was trying to use a standard Mopar coupon for a full synthetic oil change at the time of checkout. Very interesting things happened...The cashier did not allow me to use it and explained that I have to present the coupon at the time of the service order. I have been doing the same thing with another Jeep dealer without any problem, so I asked for an explanation. They asked the manager Tiffany and here is what she explained: If I use a coupon, they will bill a lower rate which would have distributed my service job to a "non-master" technician who has a lower pay rate. They even uses examples that if I pay less, they have to hire a "JixxxLube-level" technician to do the job. Ouch...This is shocking to me that this dealership or Mopar has such double standard to discriminate service jobs by whether customer uses coupon or not? OMG, this is unbelievable in today's industry... What's worse is this manager is a total denier...I asked her to write down this reason in paper so that I can use this to check with Mopar if this is company policy. She refused to record her words and reworded it to be "Service will need to be distributed accordingly when customer presents a coupon". She claimed they have used the "express lane" technicians who are all master-level. But listen, even the original service confirmation email said "express lane", I didn't even have a choice. At this point, I am extremely frustrated with this dealership. I think I will try to avoid AutoNation entirely in PNW. Guys, if you want to keep your cars for longer, make sure you can make more money so that you don't need to use coupon on them, or just move away! More

They had the van priced competitively and when I called the sales manager Trent was very responsive and willing to expedite things. When I arrived the van was clean and charged. We decided to trade in our old car which wasn't worth much and we knew that so the whole process took about 90 minutes start to finish. Would definitely buy another car here - clean and easy transaction. Side note, the receptionist Jeannine is absolutely wonderful!!! More

SCAMMERS is the only word I can find to describe my experience working with the service department. Don't trust these guys and absolutely don't come here if y is the only word I can find to describe my experience working with the service department. Don't trust these guys and absolutely don't come here if you don't have to. I purchased a backup camera to get installed with these guys. The only reason I didn't do it myself was because of convenience & it required the dealership to flash the radio unit in order for it to be able to receive the backup camera. What should have been only a 1.5 hr job turned into 5 days of them giving me a bunch of B.S. and saying they needed to run tests to figure out why they were unable to get the camera to work. Ultimately they could not complete the job, returned my car WITHOUT a working backup camera, AND still had the audacity to charge me for labor!!! This is coming from the Manager -- clearly they would rather have a few hundred dollars in their pocket vs now losing a customer for life. They said if I still wanted it to work, I need to buy a new radio that costs over $1000!!! because their conclusion was that the radio is faulty. That i would have to buy the same model radio when everything else worked because they tested the camera on another car, triple checked the wiring, ran all diagonistics...etc. AND they gave me the guarantee that if I purchased this $1k radio that it will for sure work. I took the car home, spent 30 min opening up the dash to check wiring going into the radio unit and immediately saw they connected the wiring to the radio harness incorrectly. So it took me 1 minute to fix that and then it worked!!! I WONDER IF THEY DID THIS ON PURPOSE TO MAKE ME SPEND MORE MONEY KNOWING FULL WELL WHAT THE ISSUE IS AND LYING TO ME. Seems like a crazy coincidence when you figure they seemed very confident and even gave me a FULL guarantee that buying a new radio unit would be the solution. These guys are sneaky and UNTRUSTWORTHY More
They price gouge on service repairs. After paying over $200 for a check engine light report I was quoted $521 for repairs. I had to asked twice for a detailed quote breaking out parts an After paying over $200 for a check engine light report I was quoted $521 for repairs. I had to asked twice for a detailed quote breaking out parts and labor. Being an untrained Chrysler mechanic, I was able to replace both parts in under an hour with OEM parts sourced at 2/3rd the cost of the parts quoted by Chris. I understand Dealership shops are expensive to operate, but $422.64 in labor seems out of line. The service sales rep was Chris Rider. I recommend using another dealer or independent mechanic. More
