Made appointment for an oil change, a couple days in advance. I arrived at the appointed time, drove right into the service area and they did the oil change and finished right on time. I scheduled a 1000 mile, post-breakin oil change for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler (just an oil change, nothing else) a couple of days in advance, for a noon appointment. We came into dealership and were greeted immediately by Teresa Kirby. We asked her about new Jeep Wranglers. She was able to expertly answer our every question. When it came time to buy a couple of weeks later, we had found a Jeep we wanted, at a dealership in Illinois. Teresa contacted that dealership and arranged to transfer the vehicle to Carriage Towne a couple days later. The vehicle was in perfect condition. A few days later we brought the vehicle back for Katzkin leather seats and the side step installation. A minor communication issue about delivery date on that work, was resolved quickly and we had the vehicle back in a few days. Would recommend this dealership and we intend on returning for service. I've bought 3 cars from Leonel in the last 3 years. He goes out of his way to deliver every request I have and is extremely service oriented. Very professional and super easy to work with him....have no reason so go elsewhere so I haven't and will continue to do business with Leonel in the future. More
"Recently, I purchased a vehicle from another dealership. From the get go, I knew something was wrong. So two days after my mistaken purchase, I did another search and found that Carriage Towne had multiple vehicles that met my needs. So to be clear, this was clearly my mistake. I had bought a vehicle from Carriage Towne in the past and was quite happy with the sales process, the service, the whole deal. I guess I just got caught up in the excitement of it all and the first dealership preyed upon that. Carriage Towne took the time to listen to my story and my salesperson, Bethanie Bnienkirchen made sure that the vehicle met my needs. The whole team - Bethanie, Jim Pancake, Carrie Pancake Reebel, was sympathetic to my issue and really worked hard to get a fair deal done quickly. So this makes two vehicles now purchased from Carriage Towne. I will do business with no other place but them. Unfortunately, I learned this lesson the hard way. We left early on Saturday, July 27th for a family trip from Indianapolis to New York and our engine light came on as we approached Columbus, Ohio. Our fan continued to run even after the engine was turned from Indianapolis to New York and our engine light came on as we approached Columbus, Ohio. Our fan continued to run even after the engine was turned off, so we knew we had a problem. We found your dealership by using our GPS and got there just as your service center opened at 9 a.m. We explained to Justin that we were heading to New York and that our fan relay was recently replaced, but asked him to check out our vehicle to be sure it was safe to drive. He was extremely friendly and helpful and assured us they would work us in that morning. The problem was found (it was the relay again) and repaired and we were back on the road within an hour or so. THANK YOU!!! Even though it was not the way we wanted to start our trip, we made it safely to New York and enjoyed our vacation. We appreciate the professional way we were treated and the quick, effective service that was provided by your staff!! More
I have dealt with CJ each time I have come in. I guess I have surprised by the friendliness of the service department. People who actually look like they are happy to see you when you come in.
