AutoMax Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Took my 2012 Jeep Wrangler in for a heat issue a couple of weeks ago. It was determined that the heater core needed replaced. My husband had to take it back on a different day because they needed to orde of weeks ago. It was determined that the heater core needed replaced. The dealer informed us that they would need to keep our vehicle all day, at that point my husband asked about a loner car and was told "We don't do that". Finally after speaking with the sales manager we were able to get a rental since "we had only owned the vehicle 7 months". When my husband went to pick the Jeep up that night, he was told that they would need to keep it because they had cut a piece going to the satalite radio and would have to order a new part for it. They ended up keeping my vehicle for 3 days! After that we decided any other service that we needed done would be done elsewhere. This morning I had to have the same vehicle towed to another dealer because it wouldn't start. Once the problem was diagnosed it was determined that when Carriage Towne put it back together they didn't make sure that all harnesses were securely in place. I had to miss 2 hours of work today because they can't make sure to do their job correctly! More

I went to the dealer to have a problem fixed on my new car about 7 month's after I purchased it. The moulding under the front bumper on my Pacifica came loose on the freeway and got sucked under my front car about 7 month's after I purchased it. The moulding under the front bumper on my Pacifica came loose on the freeway and got sucked under my front tire. I was told my insurance should cover this because someone must have hit my car while it was in a parking lot to knock the moulding loose. NO! the moulding was not assembled correctly or it was defective. The dealer did nothing to help resolve this and they blamed Chrystler for not approving the repairs. I ended up shelling out all of the $ for the repairs, didn't even get a discount or an appology! I think they were rude and condescending. I will never go back! More
