Due to previous experiences, I expected the process of buying a new car to be quite lengthy. However, within an hour I had driven the Cherokee, had my car appraised, and was approved for a low interest rate loan. I searched every couple of days on all of the vehicle listing websites like autotrader, but never found the Cherokee with all of the options that I wanted, and none of the options I didn't want. Austin Walden at AutoMax in Delaware went above and beyond. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he checked his own software out to over a 300 mile radius to look at window stickers until he found exactly what I was looking for. He was able to find one in Michigan, called that dealership, and told them he needed that vehicle because he had a buyer. At the end of the day, Austin was very friendly, professional, and understood that I wanted a certain vehicle. He didn't settle and tell me it wasn't possible, he made it happen, and I truly appreciate the level of service that I received by Austin Walden at AutoMax in Delaware. More
