I recently was in need of a new vehicle, and went to Auto Lenders. My parents have purchased several cars from them, and always had a wonderful experience. I was not pressured to buy anything and the entire experience was fun and enjoyable. It has been 7 years since I last bought a car, and Auto Lenders was the only place I went to this time around. I didn't feel the need to shop around since they have one of everything in their state-wide inventory. They have every make/model of vehicle you can imagine and the prices are really reasonable. You're getting a car that is in like-new condition which is really great. Sometimes you go to dealerships and see these used cars that are rust buckets, but not at Auto Lenders. Everything is meticulously maintained. The car I wanted was at a different location and they had the car driven to me that day. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I worked directly with Joel and would 100% recommend him and Auto Lenders, hands down. It was an effortless and stress-free experience, which was important to me since my old car broke down that morning and I was upset about having to buy a new one. But they made the whole process simple and fast and fun. They even call to do follow-ups to make sure you love the vehicle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. More

This was my 3th vehicle purchase from AutoLenders in Lakewood. I worked with Lou and Stratis and as expected, the experience was great! I Purchased a used vehicle from Auto Lenders, even was willing to pay a little more for the options shown on their website. The next day (Sunday) when I was going to purchase a subscription of traffic/navigation which was suppose to be in the 730N media center stated in the advertisment, it turned out that I could not because I was given a different model 430 RBZ...which turns out was not even close to the advertised one. I called immediately on Monday to see what Mr. Price can do for me as far as making up for their error and noting that I had paid extra because I thought I was getting these options. He only apologized for the error and that very same afternoon changed the website. I am very disappointed in their customer service. BUYER BEWARE !!! Once you sign they don't care if they keep you as a customer for life. They didn't even make an attempt to help me in anyway. I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone. They were nice before the deal but afterwards they could care less. More

Buying a new or used vehicle can be very stressful for me ,but my visit to your Lakewood facility was a positive experience.I purchased a used car (with a trade in) and purchased the 1st vehicle that I was i ,but my visit to your Lakewood facility was a positive experience.I purchased a used car (with a trade in) and purchased the 1st vehicle that I was interested in,due to a few reasons.The 1st reason was the complete information that was available to me on your web site,(price,car fax availability etc).This saved me a lot of guessing and running around the area needlessly.2nd was the staff at your facility,namely Mr Steve Price,with whom I dealt with .He immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease as if he knew how stressful it can be and our dealings from vehicle inspection ,test drive and price agreement on my trade in were all first class in my opinion.He was professional and yet friendly and down to earth and should be given a well done since this was the main reason the transaction went through .My wife and I left feeling excited and satisfied about our purchase which is what one should feel like on an event such as this. This was my second Autolenders buying experience and they outdid themselves. I bought my 2011 Jeep Compass Sport from Stratis at the Lakewood showroom. I never bought a vehicle from a dealership before so I didn't know what to expect. In the past, I bought a couple of cars direct Lakewood showroom. I never bought a vehicle from a dealership before so I didn't know what to expect. In the past, I bought a couple of cars directly from the Owner. I also visited used car lots and even went to a dealership but I didn't purchase from those places because the sales tactics were crazy. However, dealing with AutoLenders, from the initial phone call, which was to get more information about the SUV, to driving off the lot, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service and the genuine concern from the staff to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Stratis, Lou and Chris even stayed way past closing as I was coming from New York and was driving the SUV I was trading in. I was even able to buy an extended warranty so I wouldn't have to go back to a dealer in Jersey. This was a perfect car-buying experience and I won't be going anywhere else for future vehicle purchases! More
