***** BAIT AND SWITCH ***** REGARDING LEADING US TO BELIEVE THE USED CAR WOULD COME WITH A SIX MONTHS WARRANTY BUMPER TO BUMPER WHEN IN FACT THEY HAD NO INTENTION OF PROVIDING SUCH, ESPECIALLY AFTER WE BELIEVE THE USED CAR WOULD COME WITH A SIX MONTHS WARRANTY BUMPER TO BUMPER WHEN IN FACT THEY HAD NO INTENTION OF PROVIDING SUCH, ESPECIALLY AFTER WE POINTED OUT THAT THE VEHICLE HAD A WINDSHIELD PROBLEM, THEY CHANGED THEIR TUNE AFTER THAT, WASTED OUR TIME, WERE NOT GENUINE WITH NEGOTIATIONS, WHY WOULD THEY SHOW US A CAR FOR $11,000 WITH FULL WARRANTY, THEN A SECOND CAR FOR $10,000 AND NOT TELL US THAT IT WOULD NOT COME WITH A WARRANTY UNTIL AFTER BEING THERE FOR ABOUT AN HOUR AND HALF. OWNER DID CALL US AFTER SEEING OUR REVIEW AND SAID THEY ARE SORRY FOR ANY MISCOMMUNICATIONS AND FOR THE WAY WE WERE TREATED. HE SAID HE WOULD TRY TO GIVE US THE WARRANTY ON THAT CAR BUT WE ALREADY PURCHASED A NEW VEHICLE. HE SEEMED LIKE A VERY NICE GUY, AND GAVE THIS PROMPT ATTENTION. More

We have been to many car dealerships to purchase both new and used cars before but we have never had such a nice experience. The car we purchased is a 2009 Nissan Altima and you would never know this car is and used cars before but we have never had such a nice experience. The best part of our purchase was our sales consultant, Steve Price. He was friendly, accommodating, and made our purchase seamless. The rest of the Team from Chris the finance manager, the store Manager & the man who prepped the car for us to take, all went above and beyond. The whole experience was truly a pleasure!!
