1st time Experience...low mileage 2014 C-300 Mercedes I've purchased and leased many cars over my 40 years of driving and had never left a dealer feeling good about my purchase and the process. Either the process was just plain painful or the pricing left me feeling almost shameful to tell someone what I paid for the car or what I received for my trade in. Well that has changed with this transaction at AutoLenders in Lakewood with Paul Puglisi. I had done a lot of research on what I which car I wanted, what kind of prices I could get and what I wanted for my trade. I tried AutoLenders because I couldn't find the exact color combo and year in the model, low mileage Mercedes I wanted. They had exactly what I was looking for - priced less than some dealers and more than a couple. I communicated with Paul ahead of time and when we introduced ourselves. He had arranged to have the car I was interested brought up from another location and handed me the keys after a 2 minute explanation of how they work. My wife and I took a 20 minute ride by ourselves and were afforded the privacy to discuss the purchase. Long story short - the offer for my trade was dead center in the middle of the range I had told my wife I wanted and Paul worked with me on matching finance rates from my local bank and closed the small gap in overall pricing to get the deal done. Paul followed up with me today to ask how the car was, confirm the items they owed us were front and center of being take of and to thank us for the business. My wife has already decided she wanted to go back and look for a Lexus or Infiniti and I recommended them for consideration to my brother after walking him through my experience.
