First service visit after puchase of 2013 Honda CRV Purchases a 2013 CRV in November of 2015. After about a month we noticed a slight but annoying noise coming from the rear end. After researching we Purchases a 2013 CRV in November of 2015. After about a month we noticed a slight but annoying noise coming from the rear end. After researching we found an Service Bulletin that addressed the issue. We scheduled our first oil change in Feb of 2016(which we found out was free) and had Auto Lenders check the noise also. After checking they determined it was from the rear breaks and replace rear rotors and pads under their 6 month 6000 mile warranty, when I picked up the car the noise was still there. I immediately went back and spoke with service manager Steve he couldn't have been nicer, he called the tech and had him ride with me and he also confirmed the noise, after I explained about the SB he said it was a Honda warranty issue and that Honda had to so the work. I thought okay here we go with the run around...NOT AT AUTO LENDERS.... Steve contacted Honda Universe explained the situation, got my car in that day, arranged for a rental and updated me through the entire repair process. Picked the car up today no noise in rear. When we bought the car I thought it was the best buying experience I ever had and now I can add that this was the best service experience as well. This type of treatment has made me and my family a customer for life. Thanks Auto Lenders and all your great staff! More

Wow No Haggle No Pressure Decent Price My wife and I were in the market to replace our 2002 Sienna. We researched the small Suv's and decided on either an Rav 4 or CRV. After contacting numerous dealerships in our area we decided on trying Auto Lenders because they were the only ones that would speak to us realistically about the price's of their cars without coming in for a visit. In short they do not haggle on price, the price on the web is what it is. After checking kelly blue book and prices of certified cars on other sites we saw that theirs was usually on the low end of the spectrum. We contacted Auto Lenders via their web site about a car that was not at the Lakewood location they responded promptly that they would move the car for us and have it ready for our visit. We dealt with Anthony Cipriano at the dealership. What a pleasure it was to work with someone who was genuinely concerned about us getting the exact car we wanted. I guess the no haggle policy helps in this regard since we knew what we were paying for at the outset. We test drove the Rav4 and Crv, but liked the Crv better, although we did not like the color of the interior. No problem, we went back to his office and Anthony brought up all the Crvs in inventory and patiently searched through listings to find the perfect color, mileage and price. Now the hard part, dealing with the finance person in the back , where your 19,000 vehicle turns into a 23,000 burden right, WRONG!! To my surprise a gentleman named Chris shows us the contract and guess what no hidden costs just normal taxes, dmv etc. I can not say enough good things about buying a car from autolenders. I would definitely buy here again and would not hesitate to send any friends and family to do so. More
