Instead of being annoyed and unhelpful, they went out of their way to help us resolve it and never tried to pressure us into buying a new one. When we ultimately decided to get a new car anyway, they helped us find what we were looking for and made the always unpleasant process as easy and positive as possible, We live in Toms River now but still return to the Lakewood Branch because we know we will get good service and our needs will be met. More

Buying Pre Owned Car I had a great experience with this group, especially the Sales Manager, Paul Puglisi. He was polite, not at all pushy (which we all have come to expect when purchasing a car). I was holding my breath when I walked in . . . expecting the 'hard sell'. I only received courteous service, ease of discussing what I was looking for and attention from Paul. He actually said he had a lower priced vehicle, which I needed, at the Egg Harbor location and would get it sent to his dealership that same day. Sure enough, he called me when it arrived and it was exactly what he had described! I loved it and started the purchasing process right away. There was no haggeling over price (and they advertise that the price listed is the only price), so I didn't have to wait while he went back and forth with his Manager, to sell me what I wanted at the price and interest rate I was looking for. His Corporate Business Manager, Uli de'Martina, was available and came out to introduce himself and make sure everything went well. I couldn't have been more pleased with the way this dealership was run and the people I dealt with. The experience was pleasant, no pressure, and I came away that day with the car I wanted. Great work gentlemen, I will surely tell everyone I know about your dealership and both of you. More
