Pleasant experience, no hassle, no pressure, worked with me to get my payments where I needed them to be and found a financing arrangement with an excellent rate for me. They didn't even pressure me too much on the bumper to bumper extended warranty, which I ended up getting due to all the complicated electronics in the car & my need to have a loaner car available during service. Their standard warranty covers the engine for life, but the electronics for only 6 months. So I went for it. Paul is knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, We were shocked that they took our trade with a fair price that day and got us the new car ready, and within a few hours we were driving home in the new MKZ. Even Mike in the Finance Office was great to work with - and that is really unusual. More
