The only issues I ran into was I made an appointment to meet with a dealer and they ended up taking someone else at the same time so it was a little difficult to find him to follow up. Also, they were unclear with how much they were giving me for my trade in until I met with the Finance team member the next day to finalize buying the car. Altogether I have to say I am very happy with my car and the deal that I ended up receiving, however, realize that you may need to get the car detailed afterwards because they are not cleaning experts! :) More

Go to Joel DeFritas I was in a pinch and needed to buy a car as my lease was ending. I knew I didn't want to deal with the average car dealership so my brother recommende I was in a pinch and needed to buy a car as my lease was ending. I knew I didn't want to deal with the average car dealership so my brother recommended AutoLenders. He also had a great experience with the one in EHT. I ended up calling the Lakewood site and was able to give my information right over the phone since they were about an hour away from my house. Once everything was approved and clear, I went down to the dealer about an hour before they closed and was able to sign and take my car that night. Joel was super helpful because I even had to change my address through the MVC and we were able to do it right there. I bought a Mazda 3, its been great so far. Also, they have so many lenders available that you will get approved by some bank and if you are trying to rebuild credit, this is certainly the place to go. No hassle or annoying haggling for hours on end just straight forward to the point, you need a car, buy a car, and call it a day. Great Customer Service! Thanks! More

We live in Texas where there is currently no branch of Auto Lenders. We found them on the internet and visited them. To us, the model seemed like the CarMax that we were so familiar with in other places we lived. When we visited we were pleasantly surprised at the operation, professional behavior of the sales staff and financing mangers and vehicle selection. We were not sure what we wanted but there wasn't a vehicle on the lot which I would not consider owning. The Auto lender's model of getting relatively new cars off-lease and offering for a discount and certified status, while offering attractive financing is a good one and we were sold. Our salesperson was Will Sorg and he was great, he offered all the options for us and helped us though some flip flopping on vehicles which was probably a frustration for them but they did it with a smile. I would recommend Auto Lenders to anyone seeking a great value, slightly used car in great condition at a good discount over buying new. The selection of vehicles was much broader than going to a specific dealership offering only "their cars" or "their certified cars". At Auto Lenders there was no pressure selling. I loved the experience. I am satisfied and my next car purchase will be from Auto Lenders. More
