If I could give 0 stars I would! Brought my 2017 Hyundai Elantra in to have 2 door latches replaced (doors would not open). This repair was covered under my warranty, so no cost to me. They told me it would take 2 hours- I decided to wait and do some work. After FOUR hours, I looked outside to see my car waiting in a parking spot. I went to Service to collect my car, only to have the service manager tell me my car was not fixed. Both door latches they got in were defective. He said they couldn't tell they were defective until the job was complete and they tried to open the doors. Even though this is a common problem with Hyundai, they do not stock this replacement part, so they had no other parts to replace the defective part. I asked what an incredible coincidence that BOTH latches were defective. His reply: This is a common defective part--it happens a lot. So now they have to order 2 more parts, pray to the part gods they are defective, and call me to reschedule another time to come in. Only when I told him I wasn't waiting another 4 hours to "hope" these parts aren't defective, did he offer to pick my car up at my house and give me a rental at no charge. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS! More

I can't say a whole lot seeing as I only stopped in to get an inspection sticker.
