Price for service have been raised significantly and they force you to get a service package with items that are not needed. Should be able to go get just a tire rotation and oil change done without before f force you to get a service package with items that are not needed. Had an issue at Nashua Hyundai and called Manchester for help. I spoke to Jacob and he was such a huge help going above and beyond to help me get the issue resolved—when he didn’t have to. The service department does a great job at scheduling your maintenance or repairs promptly and also reminds you a week before, a day before and the day of your service. I had some concerns about my car which she noted. She informed me of some additional maintenance tasks after my vehicle report came out. Also noted some mice attempting to nest in engine compartment.
