From the second key that was left there and lost for 3 weeks to bringing it into the service dept to check on multiple alarms that went off, communication was horrible. Even though I was not pleased with the dealership, I loved the car and went there to get a price for ordering one for myself (thinking they would give a repeat customer a decent price and to make up for the multiple issues we had with them). They gave me a quote of $4000 over list price. We paid list for my daughters just 3 months earlier. Was shocked and walked out. Went to the Hyundai dealership in Nashua the same day and preordered the car for sticker price and a cheaper delivery fee. Had issues with sales and service there More

Currently leasing a Hyundai Tuscon, I bring my car to the original dealership for any necessary service work to be done to optimally maintain the vehicle. Otherwise, I would most likely go elsewhere. My sale original dealership for any necessary service work to be done to optimally maintain the vehicle. Otherwise, I would most likely go elsewhere. My sales experience was, frankly, awful. The customer service hasn't been exceptional, collectively. As for all of the actual service work performed on my vehicle, I cannot complain whatsoever. More
Always Great Service. Mark Gillespie is very knowledgeable and explains everything very well. Will definitely return for next service. Mark Gillespie is very knowledgeable and explains everything very well. Will definitely return for next service. More

THREATENED WITH CALLING POLICE WHEN I TRIED TO TAKE IT FOR A SECOND OPINION. The issue is the service Dept. I bought a 2018 Hyundai in October 2021. I had gone 5,660 miles brought it in for the free oil change. At this time I had one small issue happen twice on 3/15 I felt like it "Chugged' (not stalled) I recorded it happening on my phone. You can hear nothing and you can clearly see no check engine light. It resolved immediately. I checked the oil myself and showed the stick to an attendant at the Seabrook Autozone and he said it was fine. On 3/17 I had the vehicle flash the check engine light and stall to the point where I had to restart it and the check engine stayed on. It ran fine aside from that, brought it in for the oil change and a recall 3/18. The vehicle never made a noise. Aside from stalling 3/15 and then the check engine coming on 3/17 there were no issues. After two hours I was told the vehicle need a new engine and they were going to "try" to get that covered. They stated there was no rental coverage and they had no loaners. The Service manage Josh Banks had a smirk on his face the entire time I argued with them. After several attempts to impress upon these people that I was told by my mechanic to get the vehicle out. ( I also tried everything to get them to find me some type of vehicle to drive. I absolutely raised my voice and I have that all recorded too. I did not get threatening-- however I did say that Im a single mom, disabled and have to be able to drive my son.) I live in Newton NH 45 min away. My Mechanic stated that if it wasn't clunking or making any noise there is no way it would go to needing a new engine NOW. Once I said I wanted a second opinion thats when they shut down and panicked. I said I was taking the car. They stated they needed 30 min. (FOR WHAT) they then told me I had to pay 170$ and that I had to sign something and that I would be waiving the warranty. I actually reached for the keys at one point I was told the second time I asked for the keys they would call the police. (I told them go ahead!). They would not let me take my vehicle. Once I get frustrated to a point I cry. So...I had reached the end of my rope. I literally even debated trying to get the keys when they drove it around so I could get my belongings but they kept them away from me. How is this legal? I went in for a FREE oil change!!!!! The only option I had was to have a mechanic drive me home. A mechanic? When I worked at a dealership a janitor or office chick did these duties because the high paid mechanic is needed to work. OR IS IT THAT they are suffering so much right now with low sales and low work in the shop that they are trying to get the warranty work that may not be needed to keep the mechanics employed??? More
