Great buying experience I was an out of state buyer (600 miles plus) that had been looking for a specific make and model vehicle for several months. It just so happened that I was an out of state buyer (600 miles plus) that had been looking for a specific make and model vehicle for several months. It just so happened that I found a vehicle meeting what I was looking for at The Auto Palace. Even though I was out of state, I was able to get enough of a feel from Norris through pictures, the Carfax, and a FaceTime video session that it was worth my time to fly to see the vehicle. Tim quickly took a deposit and I flew in a few days later for a test drive and made the buying decision and was shortly driving home. Overall great buying experience, professional staff and incredible choice of inventory. Worth more than a casual look. Great showroom too. More

Amazing experience and a super staff! I found a 2013 ZL1 Camaro for my wife online at Auto Palace. After some negotiations via telephone with Nick the owner we agreed upon a purchase price I found a 2013 ZL1 Camaro for my wife online at Auto Palace. After some negotiations via telephone with Nick the owner we agreed upon a purchase price and had a deal. Nick was extremely accommodating on the phone and since I was traveling from Charlotte, NC. to Michigan they were happy to help with my transport from the airport to their dealership. I had explained to Nick that getting on the road to head home early was a huge priority for me. He had one of his sales associates, Frank, waiting outside as I walked out of the airport! No waiting or calling to see where someone was. I am walking towards the door and there he is! After a short drive to the dealership I met Nick and looked over the car. We took it for a test drive and I found that the car was perfect, and as advertised. Nick was gracious enough to fill it up, with Premium (thanks Nick!! lol!) and we headed back to the dealership for the paper work. When we got there I noticed the car only had one key fob and it didn't work properly. Nick said that when I got back home to call him from the dealership and he would purchase two with a credit card. This was done a couple days after I got home by Kimberly who was in the office that day. Even a little trouble with the SCDMV (their misunderstanding, not Auto Palace) was handled quickly and cleared up by the staff. The papers were faxed over while I waited and all cleared up, and within no time I was on my way with new tags! To sum up I have all the confidence in the world in recommending Nick and the staff at Auto Palace! You guys did a tremendous job in all facets, and my Wife couldn't be happier with her new car! Thanks again!! More
